For the week of 02/8/10:

M-  Using your notes and case materials from Korematsu v. U.S., begin pre-writing of a supreme court opinion in the case.  Answer the question:  Is National security more important than individual rights?
 
T- Cover your "New Nation" textbook.  Also read chapter 9: Something Important.
 
W- Complete Korematsu v. U.S. written opinion.  Be sure to address the essential question stated above.(Monday)  Opinion is due on Thursday.
 
TR- Korematsu opinion due today!  HW for today may be announced.
